报告人简介:
Erwin van der Krabben (1966) studied Town and Country Planning at Radboud University (MA 1990) andholds a PhD in Economic Sciences (Tilburg University, 1995). In 1996 he cofounded the Dutch real estate consultancy firm Stec Groep. In 2006 he returned to the academic world (Institute for Management Research, Radboud University). In 2010 he was appointed as Professor of Urban Planning and Property Development in the Department of Planning (Radboud University). From 2011 he also holds a position as a Visiting Professor in the University of Ulster(Northern Ireland) and Hong Kong University. His research focuses on the interplay between urban planning, land policy and land and real estate markets and the design, analysis, evaluation and experimental testing of different types of interventions in land and real estate markets. He has published many papers in this field in international planning and real estate journals and is regularly invited as a speaker at international conferences and seminars. He also has been and is involved in many national and international research projects in these fields. A growing number of these projects have a global orientation, with on-going research and cooperation in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and South Korea. In 2017 he was awarded a fellowship in the Lincoln Institute China Program for research into value capture and transit oriented development in Chinese cities. Additionally Erwin van der Krabben advises local, regional and national governments on policy issues related to planning, land policy and real estate development.
