Dr Helen Bao is a Senior Lecturer in Real Estate Finance, Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. And she is director of International Relations, Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge. She completed her PhD in the Department of Management Science, City University of Hong Kong. Helen's research interests include real estate price indices and valuation, land and housing policies, behavioral sciences.
