报告人Willie Tan教授简介：

Willie Tan Chee Keong是项目管理领域的国际资深教授、新加坡国立大学设计与环境学院终身教授。研究方向包括项目可持续管理、项目融资等，兼任国际SCI期刊《Journal of Spatial Science》的主编，以及《International Journal of Project Management》《Infrastructure Asset Management》等高水平国际学术期刊的编委，出版了《Practical research methods》《Principles of project and infrastructure finance》等具有全球广泛影响力的专著，荣获了NUS Outstanding Educator Award(2013)等奖项，并有为亚洲十几个国家提供咨询服务的实践经验。
